Every simulated outcome — projected dividends, treasury balances, on-chain activations, votes, payouts — is illustrative only. Nothing real happens on our platform. No assets are custodied. No trust is formed. No filings are submitted. No money moves between members.

Simulated treasury, dividends, and on-chain activity
All references to treasury, vault, dividends, payouts, on-chain activation, ballots, audit-chain, allocation executor, Crummey notices, governance votes, and similar mechanics describe simulated functionality intended to teach how a real trust might operate. Any token, balance, or transaction shown is on a sandbox/testnet or computed locally. You are not entitled to and will not receive money, securities, distributions, or anything of value from us through these simulated mechanics.
The referral game and PTC mechanic
Our referral game (the “PTC” / share-to-earn / verified-referral leaderboard) is a marketing program. Points have no cash value. Where we offer cash or merchandise rewards for verified referrals, those are processed through standard payment rails and reported as required (e.g., 1099-MISC for U.S. referral payouts at or above $600 per calendar year). Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; void where prohibited.
Securities, the Howey test, and dividend talk
Pooling assets with the expectation of profits derived from the efforts of others can constitute a security under federal and state law. The simulator illustrates these concepts; it does not authorize you to issue, sell, or solicit investment in any security, fund, pool, or community trust without independent counsel and, where required, registration or a valid exemption.
