Terms of Service
The rules of the road.
Last updated: 5/18/2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a template, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The service
We provide an interactive educational simulator covering trust formation, governance, asset planning, and related topics, plus a marketplace for downloadable document templates. Use of the simulator does not create a trust, entity, account, or any legally enforceable relationship between members.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Templates: license and restrictions
Templates are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-buyer license to use a purchased template for your own (or your organization’s) personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, repackage, or upload templates to public repositories or template marketplaces. Each template is watermarked with your email and a unique purchase identifier.
6. No professional advice
See the Legal Disclaimer. Templates and simulator outputs are not legal, tax, or investment advice and must be reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before being signed, filed, or relied upon.
7. Refunds
Because templates are delivered as digital downloads immediately upon purchase, all template sales are final. If a template you received is corrupted, mis-delivered, or materially differs from its description, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
8. Acceptable use
You will not (a) use the site to violate any law; (b) attempt to defeat watermarking, license keys, or access controls; (c) probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; (d) interfere with other users; or (e) use the simulator to misrepresent yourself as licensed counsel or as authorized to provide professional advice.
9. Referral program
Participation in the referral / share-to-earn program is subject to the Disclaimer. Self-referrals, fraud, sybil accounts, and similar abuse void all credit and may result in account termination and clawback of any rewards paid.
10. Intellectual property
All site content, templates, simulator code, and copy are owned by Financial Freedom Wealth Trust or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. The license in §5 is your only right to the templates.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
See the Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a template, or your reliance on simulator output without independent professional review.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies exclusively in the state and federal courts of West Virginia.
16. Contact
